Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. The custom code becomes the client's property once the project is paid in full. Any reusable WITS components that are part of the solution are delivered with a usage license, so you can keep operating and evolving the system with us or with another team.
What does the contract look like?
Each phase is set out in a written quote with its scope, deliverables, timeline and fixed price, which you approve before we start. A dedicated team is set up with a monthly scope and the people assigned.
