What you're also wondering
When does custom software make sense, and when doesn't it?
It makes sense when the process is a differentiator and no standard product fits. If existing software solves 90% of the problem, we'll tell you — integrating usually beats building.
Can you work on a legacy system?
Yes. We can integrate it, extend it or replace it in phases, without stopping the operation.
Does the software include AI?
When it adds to the process, yes: classification, search, information extraction, agents. AI is a capability inside the system, not the sales pitch.
How much does custom software development cost?

How long does a project take?
A useful first phase usually ships in 4 to 8 weeks. We'd rather put something scoped into production early and grow it in phases than run a one-year project delivered all at the end.
Who owns the code?
You do. The custom code becomes the client's property once the project is paid in full. Any reusable WITS components that are part of the solution are delivered with a usage license.
What happens after the system is delivered?
Each delivery carries a warranty on development defects, and then it can move into a support and maintenance plan: incidents, adjustments and evolution of the system in production.
Do you only work in Guadalajara?
No. We're based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and work remotely with companies across Mexico and in the US, with on-site sessions when the project calls for it.
