AI agents for businesses in Guadalajara
An agent connected to WhatsApp, your CRM and your ERP that handles the repetitive work, logs every action and passes your team only what needs a person. We put it to work on a specific process and measure with you what changes.

What an AI agent is, and what it isn't
An AI agent is not the menu bot that sends you to option 1, 2 or 3. It's a system with a goal ("resolve this request", "qualify this lead", "prepare this quote") that reads the context in your systems, decides which tool to use and acts within the permissions you defined.
At WITS we build them connected to what you already use: WhatsApp Business, CRM, ERP, email, databases. And with human oversight where the process requires it: sensitive actions go through approval and everything is logged.
Our headquarters is here, in the metro area, and we meet with companies in the region in person.
Agents already running at real companies
Which processes can an AI agent run?
These are the processes where an agent usually has the most work.
Quoting
Builds the proposal with real inventory, prices and terms pulled from the ERP, sends it for approval when required and delivers it to the customer through the same channel they asked on.
Lead follow-up
Contacts each lead as soon as it comes in, qualifies it with specific questions, re-engages the ones that went cold and books a meeting with the salesperson when there is buying intent.
Order entry
Takes the order that arrives by WhatsApp or email, validates it against catalog and stock, and enters it in the ERP without anyone retyping it.
Tier-1 support
Handles tickets and messages with the customer's context and your internal documentation, resolves what already has an answer and escalates the rest with the full history.
Collections
Sends payment reminders with the actual balance, receives payment receipts, reconciles them against the bank and flags exceptions for someone to review.
Business questions
Cross-references ERP, CRM and spreadsheets and answers business questions in natural language, with the source of every figure.
Problems we solve
- We already use ChatGPT at the office, but everyone on their own and with no connection to our systems.
- WhatsApp customer service drops off after hours or when the team is overloaded.
- Leads come in from ads and nobody follows up in time.
- Quoting means checking inventory, prices and terms across the ERP, the CRM, spreadsheets and email; it takes days.
- We tried a chatbot and it answers, but it doesn't do anything.
- We want the agent to act, but not to give discounts, cancel or pay without someone approving it.
How we implement an agent in your process
We start with a single process with volume and clear rules. One agent that works is worth more than five in pilot.
- 1
Pick the process
With your team, at your offices. We look for volume, rules and accessible data. We come out with the use case, its limits and the metrics to measure.
- 2
Connect
We integrate the agent with WhatsApp, CRM, ERP or whichever database applies, with the exact permissions we defined with you.
- 3
Design the behavior
What it can do on its own, what goes through approval, when it escalates to a person and with what information. We test with real cases from your operation.
- 4
Run and measure
It goes to production and we stay with it for the first weeks. We measure response time, cases resolved and team workload, compared with the previous baseline.
No made-up percentages: the metrics are defined with you before we build and measured afterward.
What you get from the assessment
The first 30-minute meeting (at your company if you're in the metro area) is to decide whether it's worth it. If it is, we run a short, fixed-price assessment: one working session with your team and a document you can use even if you don't continue with us.
- A map of the chosen process: who handles it today, in which system and where it gets stuck.
- The agent's rules, written and validated with whoever runs the process today, including the exceptions that are currently handled "by eye".
- Permissions and access per system (WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, database): what it can read and what it can write.
- Real cases from your operation that will be used for testing before going to production.
- The metrics to be measured and their current value, taken from your systems before building.
- Effort and implementation time estimate, plus the model usage cost based on your volume.
- What isn't worth automating yet, and why.
- A recommendation to do it or not. If an agent isn't the answer, we tell you.
In-person implementation, at your company
The first session is in person if you're in any municipality of the metro area: we come to your company and sit down with the people who handle customers, quote or enter data today, not just with whoever signs the contract.
We have implemented AI agents for industrial automation and fintech companies, and management software for the state government. For the rest of Mexico we work remotely, with visits at key milestones.
WITS is a good fit if…
We're not the answer for everything. We fit well when the challenge is connecting AI to what you already have and putting it to work.
- You have a process with daily volume (customer service, follow-up, data entry, quoting) and rules you can write down.
- The data the agent needs already lives in a CRM, ERP or database, even if it's messy.
- Someone on your team will own the agent: reviews what it escalates, adjusts rules and asks for what comes next.
- Your IT team can grant access (API or database, with read or write permissions) to the systems the agent needs.
- Your main channel is WhatsApp Business and you're willing to enable the API if you don't have it yet.
- You want to start with a bounded process and extend once it's being measured, not launch everything at once.
What people ask before hiring us
How long until the first agent goes to production?
It depends on the integrations. We pick a bounded process so the first agent runs within weeks, and we extend from there.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. We integrate the WhatsApp Business API with your CRM or ERP so the agent replies with the customer's context and can log, schedule or escalate from the same conversation.
What happens when the agent doesn't know what to do?
It escalates to a person on your team with the full context. Every escalated case helps us adjust the rules so it can resolve it on its own next time.
How much does it cost to implement an AI agent?
It depends on the process and the integrations. The initial call is free; the assessment is a short, fixed-price project, and with that we quote each agent per use case at a fixed price. Model usage is quoted separately and depends on volume.
Do you work with our IT team?
Yes. We define access, permissions and where everything lives with your IT team; the agent connects with the credentials and limits they approve.
Which AI models do you use, and what happens to my data?
Mainly Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI models, chosen per case based on cost, quality and privacy requirements. We can operate under enterprise agreements or in private deployments, and we define with you what information the agent can and cannot see.
Let's start with one process
Tell us which process you want an agent to handle. In 30 minutes we tell you whether an agent can handle it, what would need to be connected and what comes next to get a fixed price. No cost. If you're in the metro area, the first meeting is at your company.
