We built a web and mobile AI chat that understands customer requirements in natural language, generates a preliminary project with suggested components from the catalog, and connects to the ecommerce store for instant quotes.

- 02Integration with the product catalog (50,000+ SKUs) via RAG over technical data sheets and supplier PDFs
- 03Preliminary project engine: the LLM builds the basic structure, identifies components and estimates a price range
- 04Bridge to the existing ecommerce store: orders created from the chat inherit the quote and tracking
- 05Handoff to a human when the case requires custom engineering: the agent schedules a meeting with the sales team
- 06Metrics dashboard for the sales team: qualified leads, conversion rate, agent feedback
