AI consultant in Mexico for businesses
We turn your company's processes into AI systems that work with your data, your software and your team, whatever city they're in. Assessment, implementation and measurement by the same team, remotely and with on-site visits when the project calls for them.
Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco · Serving all of Mexico

A Mexican AI consultancy, not the branch office of a global firm
WITS is an artificial intelligence and software development consultancy based in Guadalajara. We work with mid-sized companies anywhere in Mexico that need results in production, not a transformation plan hundreds of pages long.
We do three things: an assessment of where to apply AI with a return, implementation of agents and automation connected to your systems, and custom software with built-in AI when the process calls for it. The team that runs the assessment is the team that builds.
We know the Mexican context: CFDI e-invoicing, WhatsApp as the main channel, local ERPs coexisting with larger systems, and teams that already tried AI with a generic tool and never got past the pilot.
Projects already running in production
AI chat for automation
Web and mobile AI chat that generates automation projects and handles product search, connected to an ecommerce store.
AI-powered asset management
Assets and liabilities system connected to Telegram and ChatGPT.
500M+ coupon campaigns
Platform to run massive free mobile data campaigns for Coca-Cola, GEPP and Bimbo. AWS infrastructure with load balancers and RDS Aurora.
What can AI do inside your company?
We don't start with the technology but with the area where time is lost or mistakes are made today. These are the fronts where we most often put it to work.
Customer service
Replies over WhatsApp, email and tickets with access to your real information: orders, warranties, shipping status. Escalates to a person when the case calls for it.
Sales
Qualification of leads that come in through forms or WhatsApp, automatic follow-up, and quotes built from your catalog with prices by region or branch.
Operations
Data extraction from invoices, purchase orders and PDFs; automatic entry into the ERP; alerts when an order, a delivery or an inventory level falls outside what's expected.
Administration and finance
Bank and CFDI reconciliations, expense classification, accounts receivable with reminders that actually get sent, and reports that build themselves from system data.
Engineering and IT
Log and incident analysis, documentation of legacy systems, agents that query several databases and APIs, and adoption of tools like Claude Code by your development team.
Leadership
Dashboards that answer questions in natural language about sales, collections or operations, and agents that cross-reference ERP, CRM and spreadsheets so there is one number, not three versions.
Problems we solve
- We're offered AI from every direction and don't know where to start or what's worth it in our operation.
- Each branch has its own spreadsheet and its own version of the numbers; consolidating for leadership takes days.
- We tried an AI solution with another vendor and it never reached production.
- Quoting takes days because we have to check inventory, prices and terms in the ERP, the CRM and email.
- Leadership wants AI, but Legal and IT won't let customer data go just anywhere.
- Our software vendor has no AI team and the AI vendor doesn't know our system; nobody takes charge of putting the two together.
How we work remotely without losing control
The same process we use with in-person clients, adapted to work with your team from any city in Mexico.
- 1
Assessment
Remote sessions with the people who run the process; an on-site visit when the case warrants it. Deliverable: prioritized use cases with estimated effort and expected impact defined with you.
- 2
Implementation
First use case in production, connected to your systems, with weekly demos and human approvals where they apply. On-site visit at kickoff or at go-live, depending on the project.
- 3
Ongoing support
Measurement against the metrics we agreed on, adjustments and extension to the next processes, with the same team that implemented.
No made-up percentages: the metrics are defined with you before we build and measured afterward.
What you get from the assessment
A working document, not a presentation. It helps you decide with your team even if you choose not to continue with us.
- A map of the process as it runs today: who does what, with which system and where it gets stuck.
- Automation opportunities, split between those that need AI and those solved with conventional software.
- AI use cases prioritized by business value and ease of implementation.
- Systems and data involved in each case: ERP, CRM, databases, APIs, files, and what can be reviewed remotely versus what requires being on site.
- Effort and time estimate per use case, including how many on-site visits would be needed and at which milestones.
- Expected impact, defined with you, along with how it will be measured afterward.
- What your company needs to have in place before kickoff: remote access to systems, data to clean up, pending decisions.
- A clear recommendation to do it or not, with the reasons.
Where we are and where we reach
Our headquarters is in Guadalajara, Jalisco. From there we serve the rest of Mexico remotely, with on-site visits at the milestones that warrant them.
We have worked with ABSA on an AI chat that builds quotes from its catalog, with Patrimind on an AI Telegram assistant for wealth advisors, with DaLi on the mass coupon campaign platform for Coca-Cola, GEPP and Bimbo, and with the Government of Jalisco on the investment project management platform.
WITS is a good fit if…
We fit when AI has to coexist with what you already have and you want a team that gets to production, whether your operation is in one city or several.
- You already have systems running (ERP, CRM, your own platform) and need to integrate AI with them, not replace them.
- Someone in IT or operations will own the system on your company's side, even if they're not an AI expert.
- You want AI agents that carry out tasks inside your operation, not a decorative chatbot.
- You prefer a vendor that works remotely with weekly demos over one that needs to be in your office to make progress.
- You'll need software around the AI: interfaces, approval flows, integrations, reports.
- Security and control of your data are a requirement, not a detail for later.
What people ask before hiring us
Do you work with companies in any state?
Yes. Consulting and implementation are done remotely with your team: sessions with the people who run the process, weekly demos and approvals inside the workflow. We travel when the assessment or a major milestone warrants it, usually at kickoff or at go-live.
How much does AI consulting cost?
The assessment is a closed, fixed-price project of a few weeks. Implementation is quoted per use case once the scope is defined. You get the number before we start.
How is this different from buying an AI tool directly?
The tool doesn't know your process or connect to your systems. We integrate the models with your CRM, ERP, WhatsApp and data, define permissions and approvals, and measure the result. The tool is one part; the implementation is the work.
How do you handle data privacy?
We define with you which data leaves and under what controls. We can work with cloud models under enterprise agreements or with private deployments when the case requires it. What gets built stays on your infrastructure.
Which industries have you worked with?
Beverages and retail, telecommunications, industrial automation, fintech, software and state government. What repeats across industries is the type of process, not the line of business.
Do you offer training for the team?
Yes, as part of ongoing support: the team learns to operate what was implemented and to identify the next use cases. We also help development teams adopt AI coding tools.
Tell us about your process, wherever you are
A 30-minute call. We review how your process runs today and tell you whether it makes sense to solve it with AI, automation or software, what it would cost and how long it would take. No cost, no commitment, on Mexico business hours.
