Westtelco stored terabytes of meeting recordings in Zoom Cloud, with rising costs and no automated retention policy. Migrating them manually to other clouds would have taken years.
A migration pipeline that reads the Zoom Cloud API, applies retention and routing rules, and distributes recordings to AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP Storage and Dropbox based on business criteria. Parallel execution.

- 05Progress dashboard with dynamic ETA and failure alerts for the IT team
- 06Secure deletion from Zoom Cloud once the migration is verified (optional per customer)
